Educational Publishing Awards
We are thrilled to announce that the Jacaranda Humanities Alive 7-10 Victorian Curriculum series won the award for best Junior Student Educational Resource at the annual Educational Publishing Awards last week.
This is a fantastic achievement for #LoretoToorak and Humanities Enhancement Coordinator, Isabella Webster, who contributed and wrote the material for a chapter in the Year 8 Humanities Alive Resource on the Italian Renaissance. It has a textbook component, a teacher's guide including lesson plans and assignments designs, and an online component, which includes content and assessment modules with suggested answers.
The Jacaranda Humanities Alive series has been designed to support best educational practice for successfully teaching humanities. Providing a rich set of tools and activities so that every humanities teacher can use it to bring humanities to life for their students.
Congratulations to Isabella and all authors for their excellence in this field.
