The Enrolment Process
Our process is designed to be transparent and personal. Whether you are beginning your research or ready to apply, we are here to support your family’s journey.
We strongly encourage families to attend an Open Morning to familiarise yourself with our campus. Run every term, these events are a fantastic opportunity to meet key staff and experience our community in person.
Submitting an application places your daughter on our Application List. We encourage families to apply early to support the best possible outcome. To apply, please provide:
- A non-refundable Application Fee of $200.
- A copy of your daughter’s birth certificate.
- AEAS English test results (if applicable).
- If born overseas: a copy of passport, visa, or citizenship documentation.
As the enrolment process begins for your daughter's year level, our Admissions team will invite you to complete an Enrolment Information Form and provide her two most recent school reports (excluding Prep entry).
Entry Year Levels & Timelines:
- Main Intake Years (Preparatory, Year 3, Year 5, and Year 7): We will contact families three years prior to commencement, or as soon as a place becomes available.
- Out-of-Cycle (All other year levels): We will contact families as places become available.
Interviews and Parent Engagement: For Year 5 and Year 7 entry, interviews are held three years prior to commencement. For all other year levels, individual meetings with a member of the School Leadership Team are scheduled before a formal offer is made.
Please note: As part of the enrolment process, your daughter's current school may be contacted.
Once an offer is made, secure her place by signing the Letter of Offer and paying the non-refundable Enrolment Fee ($2,800). $1,000 of this fee is credited toward tuition in her first year. You will also accept our Community Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
In the year prior to commencement, a non-refundable Commencement Fee of $3,200 is payable. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This amount is credited in full towards her first-year tuition fees.
We provide regular updates, including book lists, House allocation, and course guides. Students are invited to Orientation Day at the end of the year prior to commencement, ensuring she feels a strong sense of community from the very beginning. For families entering a main intake Year, we also host dedicated parent and student functions; these are an essential opportunity for you to learn more about the Loreto Toorak educational offering and begin building connections with fellow parents.
