Loreto Toorak offers a range of scholarships that foster and promote academic excellence within a community committed to educating the whole person. Scholarships are awarded annually to students who are motivated to learn, strive to achieve their best and embody the Loreto values.
Scholarships apply to tuition fees. All eligibility criteria and conditions are clearly outlined in the Scholarship Agreement.
Our scholarships are known as Endeavour Scholarships and Open Circle Scholarships.

Endeavour Scholarships
Recognising outstanding achievement in academic and co-curricular areas.
- General Academic Scholarships (Years 5, 6, 7, 8 & 10): For high academic achievers based on Edutest examination results and an interview process.
- Instrumental (Dr Susan Stevens) Scholarship (Years 5–8): For talented musicians. Auditions are held following a shortlisting process.
Open Circle Scholarships
Awarded to aspirational students where financial considerations may otherwise limit access.
- Sr Ruth Winship Scholarship: Honours a legacy of commitment, community, and faith.
- Jean Elizabeth (Betty) Ryan Scholarship: Supports a student demonstrating service and social justice.
