We are delighted to offer this powerful and transformative immersion to Cape York in partnership with Red Earth for our Year 11 (2025) students. Red Earth is an organisation giving young people the opportunity to make meaningful connections with remote Indigenous Australia. Our students will fly to Cairns and travel overland to reach their immersion locations in far north Queensland. They will camp on Country in two homelands and will learn directly from Elders and Traditional Owners – a rare opportunity to make real connections by living and learning on privately held Aboriginal land. This unique experience provides students an opportunity to grow, connect with country and open their hearts to our First Nations Australians, and concludes with a visit to the Great Barrier Reef.
- Language Tour to Italy
Italian language students in Years 10 – 12 are offered an opportunity to tour Italy. Starting in Rome, students immerse themselves in the Italian language and culture, and visit a range of iconic museums, landmarks and places of historical significance, as well as challenge themselves to further their language confidence and competence. Students will also engage with significant connections with Mary Ward and the Loreto sisters as they travel around.
