Languages Week: A Celebration of Culture, Connection and Community

We were delighted to see our staff and students wholeheartedly embrace the spirit of Languages Week, a vibrant celebration of multilingual cultures that enrich our school community.

Throughout the week, students participated in a range of engaging activities including costume photo booth with Polaroid, multilingual singing competition and international cuisine exploring in the cafe, topped off by a visit from food trucks serving delicious global flavours – Chinese dumpling and Italian authentic gelato van.

Languages Week served as a meaningful reminder of the valuable lessons drawn from the four languages – Chinese, Italian, Indonesian, and French – that enrich our Loreto Toorak community. We are proud to celebrate this cultural diversity and look forward to continuing these celebrations in the years to come.
